Ruth Li

Pey is the Principal Trainer of Advocators Education Pte Ltd. Aside her role as the TOP Chemistry Trainer in helping students achieve their desired results, she also focuses on numerous aspects of training that includes recruitment and training of trainers and developing new programs.

As the creator of revolutionary Advolution!, Pey is a real practitioner who is actively on the ground, interacting and coaching young people academically and in life. Combined her energetic presence and in-depth understanding of the participants’ mindset, she is able to effectively influence the participants she works with to break away from their current results to create new beliefs about themselves.

Since her academic years, Pey believed in striking a good balance between academic excellence and character development and had exemplified her beliefs with her own achievements. Her passion is to guide students to break out of their comfort zones and limiting beliefs to rediscover the great capacity in them to achieve their desired results.

Pey has the heart to inspire and motivate the people she meets with care and sincerity. She believes in the goodness that already exists in all, waiting to be ignited. Her wish is to add positive value to the lives of participants she coaches.

Ruth is the AdvoTrainer (Lifeskills) as well as the TOP Economics Trainer at Advocators Education Pte Ltd. She not only wants to help students score academically in the subject, but beyond that, to score and succeed in their life. She infuses life skills into the subject matter and is able to help break the mindsets of students, helping them to see how easy the subject is, very often in just one lesson! Her ability to build rapport easily with her students allows her to influence their mindsets positively and helping them to work towards their success in life.

A former student of Raffles Girls' Secondary School and Hwa Chong Junior College, Ruth graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences Degree. She has been actively working with children and youths from various schools and countries for the past 7 years to bring out their full potential . A firm believer that "every person is a gift", it is her desire to see the young rise up to be men and women of character and determination who will leave a lasting legacy behind.
